My path into founding Cherry Creek Nanny Agency started long before the business itself. Growing up in Chicago, I joke that my entrepreneurial spirit showed up early — around age 10, I created a full business plan trying to start a neighborhood summer daycare. That passion evolved into years of teaching piano, tutoring, and working with children in Montessori settings.
Before founding CCNA, I spent 4 years working for a high-end Chicago agency, where I developed deep expertise in the placement process from the inside. When I moved to Colorado, I saw a real need for a more thoughtful, supportive process for both families and nannies — and Cherry Creek Nanny Agency was born in 2018. Nearly 8 years later, we've grown into a nationally expanding agency, recently featured in Voyage Denver 🌲 Oregon 🏔️ Utah ☀️ Arizona 🍑 Atlanta 🏖️ Florida, with placement coordinators now serving Texas, New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Chicago area.
Based in New York and serving Florida, Maggie is a licensed early childhood educator and former placement coordinator who has worked for multiple nanny agencies — including in Denver. She holds a Master's in Human Learning & Development from CU Denver, is Recruiting & Digital Marketing certified, and brings 10 years of hands-on nannying experience plus real agency placement experience to every match she makes.

Lina brings strategic planning, KPI tracking, and cross-functional leadership to her role — ensuring placements are efficient, organized, and exceptional for every family.

As a mother, licensed swim instructor, and life coach, she understands the trust families need. Having navigated childcare firsthand as the proud mom of a three-year-old, she understands the trust, care, and attention to detail families need. A Registered Nurse with early childcare experience and years of raising her own children into thriving teens, Stephanie brings clinical precision and genuine warmth to every placement. Her nursing background gives her strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to build trust quickly — making her a natural guide for families navigating important childcare decisions.
With over three years of experience in childcare placement, Seya goes beyond matching nannies with families — she takes time to understand each family's unique values and expectations to ensure truly seamless placements. Her background in graphic design, web development, and data management keeps agency operations running smoothly.
Friah holds a B.S. in Psychology and brings experience from both HR and clinical settings, including work at an autism foundation. She conducts in-depth, scenario-based interviews to ensure strong alignment between nannies and families — with the calm, thoughtful, and professional approach that sensitive hiring decisions deserve.
