Our Services
4 questions
01What services do you offer?
+

We offer a full range of childcare solutions including:

  • Full-Time Nannies — 35+ guaranteed hours per week
  • Part-Time Nannies — 25–34 hours per week (tiered options available)
  • Nanny Shares — shared care between two families
  • Temporary Nannies — short-term and project-based care
  • On-Call Nannies & Babysitters — flexible backup care via membership
  • Baby Night Nurses / Postpartum Doulas — overnight newborn care

In addition to nanny placements, we also provide specialty searches for Household Managers, Personal Assistants, Housekeepers, and Private Educators or Tutors.

02Do you offer part-time placements?
+

Yes, we offer part-time nanny placements — however, we do require a minimum of 30 guaranteed hours per week for long-term placements.

This policy reflects our commitment to working with career nannies and professional childcare providers, who generally seek positions of 30 hours or more. Offering 30+ hours per week attracts highly qualified candidates and promotes long-term placements marked by reliability, professionalism, and consistency.

If your childcare needs are below 30 hours per week, we recommend our On-Call Sitter Membership for flexible, vetted coverage whenever you need it.

03Do you offer temporary or backup nanny services?
+

Yes! While our primary focus is on long-term placements, we understand that life doesn't always go according to plan.

We offer a complimentary On-Call Sitter Membership (a $2,500 value) to families during their first year after hiring a long-term nanny through our agency. This membership gives you access to trusted, vetted caregivers for:

  • Date nights and special occasions
  • Unexpected circumstances — such as when your regular nanny is sick or unavailable
  • Last-minute backup care needs

Our On-Call Sitter Membership is designed to give you peace of mind and flexible support when you need it most.

04What is the typical hourly rate for nannies placed through your agency?
+

Nanny compensation depends on several factors including professional experience, credentials, number of children, and the scope of responsibilities. In today's Denver market, most caregivers typically request $25–$35 per hour.

Factors that influence rate:

  • Professional Experience — nannies with more experience typically command higher rates
  • Credentials & Certifications — specialized education or training may affect compensation
  • Number of Children — rates may vary based on how many children are in the nanny's care
  • Duties & Responsibilities — additional tasks like driving, tutoring, or housekeeping can influence the rate

Our agency works closely with you to find a caregiver whose qualifications align with your needs and budget. You can also use our fee calculator to estimate your placement fee based on hourly rate and hours.

Fees & Pricing
3 questions
05How much is your application fee?
+

We charge a non-refundable $350 Search Initiation Fee for nanny placements. This covers your initial consultation, job description creation, and the first round of candidate sourcing. Searches cannot begin until this fee has been paid and the Agency Contract has been signed.

For On-Call Sitter Services, there is a non-refundable $150 application fee plus an annual membership fee, which provides unlimited access to vetted on-call sitters for 52 weeks.

06How does the placement fee work?
+

Our fee structure has three components:

  • Search Initiation Fee ($350) — due upon signing the agreement. Covers the initial consultation, job description, and first round of sourcing. Non-refundable.
  • Progress Fee ($1,000) — collected 45 days into the process to continue sourcing, interviews, background screenings, and support. Non-refundable and credited toward the final placement fee.
  • Final Placement Fee — due once you've selected your nanny, prior to their start date. Based on the nanny's annual salary using our percentage-based or flat-rate structure. The $1,000 Progress Fee is deducted from this total.

Visit our Fees page for the full breakdown and to use our interactive cost calculator.

07What is your policy on placement fees?
+

Placement fees are non-refundable, earned in full, and due once a candidate accepts an offer or begins work — whichever occurs first. By hiring a candidate referred by our agency, the client agrees to the terms of the placement agreement, even if a signed copy was not returned.

If a client changes the type of placement within the first year that results in a higher referral fee, the client is responsible for informing us and paying the additional amount per our fee schedule.

Once the placement is finalized, the fee is due no later than the nanny's start date. If payment is not received in a timely manner, the client's provided credit card will be charged. Any costs associated with collections or declined payments will also be the client's responsibility. Clients are required to keep a valid payment method on file at all times.

Vetting & Safety
3 questions
08How does your agency vet and screen nannies?
+

We partner with TruDiligence, a highly reputable screening company based in Colorado, to conduct our comprehensive vetting process. Our screening includes:

  • National Criminal Background Check — thorough review of criminal history across all 50 states
  • County & Statewide Criminal Database Checks
  • National Sex Offender Registry Check
  • Child Abuse & Neglect Record Check
  • Driving Record Check — especially important if driving is part of the role
  • Identity Confirmation & SSN Verification
  • FCRA Compliance
  • Reference & Employment Verification
  • Internet Presence Check
  • OFAC Check

Only candidates who pass every check are introduced to families.

09Are your nannies trained in CPR and first aid?
+

Absolutely — the safety of your family is our top priority. All nannies are required to have current CPR and first aid certification before they begin working with your family.

In situations where a nanny is not yet certified, we take proactive steps to assist them in obtaining this credential before their start date. We understand the vital importance of having a caregiver who can respond effectively in emergencies, and we work diligently to ensure every nanny meets this requirement.

10What qualifications do your nannies have?
+

Our nannies have diverse qualifications and backgrounds, including:

  • Early Childhood Education degrees or coursework
  • Social work experience
  • Extensive professional caregiving experience (minimum 3 years required)
  • Certifications as Doulas or Newborn Care Specialists
  • Special needs care experience
  • Bilingual caregivers (Spanish and other languages available)

We tailor every match to your family's unique needs, ensuring the caregiver has the right experience for your children's age group, temperament, and any special requirements. We do not simply match on paper — our coordinators personally assess fit before making introductions.
