How our placement process works
We hold our nannies to the highest professional standards — because the families we work with deserve nothing less. Review our requirements carefully before applying.
At least 3 solid years of professional childcare or nannying experience with non-family members and verifiable references.
All candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be considered for placement with our agency.
Must live within the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. throughout the placement.
Willingness and ability to pass a comprehensive motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen if requested by the client.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and proof of a fully insured, reliable personal vehicle.
Able to provide relevant childcare references from the last 5 years — from non-family members only.
Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification before the start of any childcare-related position.
Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year in the role offered — for permanent placements only.
Once you meet our criteria, we check your references, build your profile, and begin matching you with our families. Here's exactly what happens next — step by step.

Schedule a virtual interview with one of our placement coordinators. We'll review your experience, availability, and preferences — and walk you through what families we have that could be a great fit.
If a family is interested in your profile, you'll start with a virtual interview — a casual, two-way conversation to see if your personalities and expectations are aligned.
If the virtual interview goes well, you'll meet the family in person — usually at their home. This is your chance to meet the children, see the environment, and ask your own questions.
Before any commitment is made, you'll complete a paid 1–3 day working trial with the family. This gives both sides a real sense of day-to-day fit — no surprises.
We only introduce you to pre-screened families who are serious, respectful, and ready to hire.
We advocate for fair compensation on your behalf and help structure your work agreement.
We stay involved after placement to make sure both sides are happy and supported long-term.
